David Swenson will be teaching Mysore style classes prior to his weekend workshop and Teacher Trainig. All practitioners who can practice in a Mysore Style setting - all levels - are welcome.

 

The classes will be on October the 9th, 10th and 11th 2024 and will take place at PRAKRITI Yoga Shala.

 

Starting slots are at:

- 7:30

- 8:00

- 8:30

- 9:00 

- 9:30

- 10:00

 

There are only 10 spots at each slot to keep the group small so everyone gets attention so book early.

Single drop-in class is 40,-€ or all three classes are 100,-€. Payments for the classes are cash only.
